All trailers come with a one (1) year (manufactures defect) warranty.
This warranty expires 366 days after first owner purchased the trailer.
This warranty is non-transferable, and will NOT be extended unless by written agreement between the manufacture and the original trailer purchaser.
The dealer can NOT be held responsible for any costs incurred due to any issues that the customer may have.
We the dealer will be happy to assist in any way we can to resolve any issues that may rise out of a manufactures defective trailer.

It is the customer responsibility to read and understand the details of the manufacture’s WARRANTY.
The manufacture has the right to decide and determine if and what falls under warranty.
If the shop (any shop that is examining the problem) determines that the problem/damage is a direct or indirect result of customer abuse(overloading, damage due to incompatibility of truck and trailer components, driver error , or any other reason than MANUFACTURES DEFECT, the manufacture has the right to refuse to pay for repairs.
The manufacture is not obligated to pay for any repairs due to the customer having purchased the wrong trailer for the use intended.
The manufacture is not obligated to pay for any damages due to customer having purchased the wrong trailer based on false claims from the dealer/sales person.
The manufacture is not obligated to cover under warranty any damaged/repairs due to the customer not having received a copy of the Owners Manual or Warranty Policy sheet.
The manufacture and/or the dealer has the right to refuse to pay for repairs if the customer has made false claims regarding the chain of events that led to the damage/failure , or if the customer is making false claims in order to try to get the manufacture/dealer to pay for repairs.
It is the customers’ responsibility to ask questions and to get familiar with the operating and maintenance procedures on the trailer.
Warranty will NOT cover/pay for these items/repairs after 90 days from purchase date. Regardless if trailer has been parking the entire time or on road full time, you will be responsible for all repairs on these items. These items will be considered damaged due to wear and tear.
- Broken Equalizers
- Broken or ripped Hydraulic brake lines
- Broken or warped deck boards
- Broken strap ratchets
- Tires
- Alignment issues
- Axle oil caps
- Axle oil seals
There is NO warranty on electrical parts including Solonoids.
The dealer and /or the manufacture can not be held liable for time/money lost due to time down while trailer is in repair facility.
REMEMBER !!!!! PROPER MAINTENANCE AND PRE TRIP INSPECTIONS ARE THE KEY TO LESS FAILURES AND LOSS OF TIME!!
